Spreading the organization's methodology nationwide, training professionals who work to guarantee the rights of children and adolescents - directors of shelters, psychologists, social workers, care workers, members of the legal system, and child protection councilors and advisors, among others. Terra dos Homens manages to significantly increase the care of children and adolescents in the country through the work of these professionals, strengthening the network for the protection and defense child and adolescent rights. Training is conducted through classes, workshops, and advice sessions.
